A Raise!

Okay, so just wanted to pop on and give a quick update! I'll get the crappy news out of the way first... I'm not going to Calgary to be with Troy this weekend. He never called me last night, so I gave him a call this morning to see what was happening... and he was already almost in Revelstoke on his way back to Calgary. So no seeing him this weekend. Maybe I'll get to see him a couple times next week, but it seems highly unlikely. In the last 3 weeks or so I've only spent about 2 1/2 hours with him. That's kind of insane. I was surprisingly bummed out about not going. Although my fear should be happy as it won again, and didn't have to go do anything hard! But now I get to spend all weekend feeling lonely again. Anyways, enough of that... onto the good news!
Walked across town this morning for some food and to pick up my pay stub. My raise went through! And it was even bigger than I expected! A whole 20 cents, which I guess really isn't that much, but it does help a bit. And here I was thinking that Natasha didn't like me that much... she set me up for a bigger raise than James did! So yah, thought that was pretty cool. Well, thats all the new news!
